Yes, all the repairs listed on the site include all parts and labor needed to complete the associated repair/customization. There are no hidden fees!

How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?
If the actual screen of the phone is bleeding, white, or has any dead pixels then you’re going to need to select the LCD & Glass option as the LCD has suffered irreversible damage. Still not sure? Send a picture of the current condition of the phone while it is powered on to Jeffrey@iPhoneCustomz.com and we will do our best to diagnose it.
Are your parts Original Apple or OEM?
Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts Apple uses in the iPhone are bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China. Many of the parts we use come from the similar vendors in China. So though we cannot claim that our parts are "from Apple" they are manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications and we are often unable to tell the difference.
What guarantees do you have in regards to my data privacy?
At iPhone Customz we have a zero tolerance policy toward data disclosure. Rest assured we will not access your private data for any reason and will only operate the phone for testing purposes. You may password protect your iPhone if you feel it is necessary but note that doing so will limit our ability to test certain functions of the iPhone (i.e camera, headphone jack and signal antennas).
When you repair an iPhone, is the factory warranty is void?
This is a difficult question. According to Apple as soon as your phone was dropped and the Glass or LCD is broken you warranty is void. Because of the quality of parts we use and craftsmanship of our repairs they will effectively reinstate your factory warranty. We have had multiple customers whose phones had software problems actually have them swapped out under warranty after being repaired at our facility.
When you customize an iPhone, is the factory warranty is void?
Our aftermarket parts are very close to OEM but since our custom colors are uniquely different from the standard White/Black type iPhone housing, Apple will no long honor the standard warranty but who needs Apple’s warranty when we can fix most your problems anyways!
Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes all repairs carry a 30 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 30 days we will take care of it free of charge!
